This Privacy Policy explains how VisibleVoid Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Clarity Corner mobile application and related services (“Platform” or “Services”). This policy applies to both (a) users who book/use services (“Users”) and (b) professionals who provide services on the Platform (“Service Providers”).

Data minimization: For Users, we don’t require your real name, email, or home address to use core features. We use your mobile number for OTP login and security. For Service Providers, we collect additional profile and onboarding details (such as name, contact details, and professional information) so we can list you on the Platform and deliver services.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Clarity Corner mobile application and services provided by VisibleVoid Private Limited (the “Platform” or “Services”). It does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from the Platform. This policy covers information related to both Users and Service Providers, as applicable.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • User details: Mobile number used for OTP login and account security.
  • Service Provider details: Name, email address, and mobile number (for account creation, onboarding, and communication).
  • Service Provider professional details: information such as your profession/specialization, experience, qualifications, and other profile information you submit to provide services on the Platform.
  • Service Provider additional personal details (if provided by you): information such as education details (e.g., college) and related background details that help complete your Service Provider profile.
  • Information you submit during bookings, support requests, or forms (e.g., deletion requests).
  • Session-related inputs needed to deliver services (for example, scheduling details).

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and log information (IP address, device identifiers, app version, crash logs/diagnostics).
  • Usage information (feature interactions and performance metrics) to improve reliability and security.

2.3 Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Razorpay or equivalent). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

We try not to collect For Users, real name, email, home address, or profile details unless you voluntarily share them. For Service Providers, we collect only what is reasonably required for onboarding and providing services (such as name, contact details, and professional profile information).

3. Microphone & sessions

The app may request microphone permission to enable voice-based features (for example, during sessions). Sessions are not recorded by default. If any recording/voice processing is introduced in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice and controls.

4. How we use information

  • To provide OTP login, account access, and service delivery.
  • To schedule bookings/sessions and provide customer support.
  • To onboard Service Providers, maintain Service Provider profiles, and enable them to deliver booked services.
  • To improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • To prevent fraud, enforce policies, and maintain security.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We may share limited information in these cases:

  • Service providers (e.g., OTP/SMS providers, hosting, analytics for crash/performance, payment processors) to operate the Platform.
  • Experts/service partners where needed to deliver booked services (for example, sharing relevant booking/session details with the assigned Service Provider and sharing necessary Service Provider details with the User to complete the service).
  • Legal when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not share personal information for third-party advertising.

6. Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including security, dispute resolution, and compliance. If you request account deletion, we typically complete deletion within a reasonable period. This applies to both User accounts and Service Provider accounts/profiles, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Deletion retention: After a deletion request, certain records may be retained for up to 30 days (or longer if legally required) to process the request, prevent abuse, and meet compliance obligations.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is 100% secure; please use the Platform responsibly.

8. Your rights & choices

  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information (subject to legal limits). This applies to both Users and Service Providers.

9. Age requirement

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 years or older. If you believe a minor has provided information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. Third-party services

The Platform may integrate third-party services (for example, OTP providers, payment processors, hosting). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or on our website.
